Contact usWhat happens if the rate lock expires before I pay?
Open the invoice again and a new rate is locked for another 30 minutes. If a payment you already sent confirms after the lock expired, it is credited at the market rate when it confirms, and any difference is settled on the invoice or your balance.
Do you charge more for some coins?
No. Every coin is accepted at the same USD price, with no surcharge — Monero included.
Can I pay one invoice with two coins?
Yes. Pay part in one coin; the invoice shows the remainder, which you can pay in the same coin or another.
Can I get an invoice for my accounts?
Every paid invoice is available as a PDF in the client area, with the USD amount, the coin amount, the exchange rate and the transaction ID. It carries no personal details unless you add them to your billing profile.
Is the payment gateway run by a third party?
No. Invoices, addresses and QR codes are generated by our own gateway, on our own servers. No payment processor sees your order or asks you for identification.
What if I send coins on the wrong network?
Only the network shown on the invoice is monitored. Funds sent on another chain are not detected automatically; contact support with the transaction ID and we will tell you whether recovery is technically possible.
