Why we don’t need to know who you are
Identity checks at hosting providers exist mostly because of how they get paid. Change how you get paid, and most of the reasons disappear.
No cards, no chargebacksCard fraud and chargebacks are the main driver of hosting KYC. Crypto payments cannot be reversed, so there is nothing to protect against.
No processor rulesOur own gateway issues the invoices. No payment processor imposes identity checks, and none sees your order.

No. There is no stage at which we ask for identity documents. Complaints are handled with our due-process policy, not by asking who you are. If someone claiming to be us asks for your ID, it is phishing.
Why can you do without KYC when other hosts cannot?
Most KYC is driven by card payments and payment processors: chargeback fraud, processor rules, bank requirements. We accept neither cards nor bank transfers and run our own crypto gateway, so none of those rules apply.
Is a no-KYC server legal?
Renting a server without identity checks is legal. What you do with it must be too: our acceptable use policy applies to everyone.
What if I lose access to my account?
Your email address is the only link between you and your account. Keep your password and 2FA recovery codes safe: without identity data, we cannot verify ownership any other way.
Do you log the IP address I sign up from?
Sign-in IPs are kept 30 days to show you recent logins and detect account takeovers. Our website logs record no IP addresses at all. You are welcome to use Tor or a VPN.
Can a company use a no-KYC account?
Yes. Invoices can carry the billing details you choose to add — or none at all.
