Location questions
Ask the engineers who run the servers — median first reply under 15 minutes, 24/7.
Contact usHow do I choose a location?
Start with your users: the latency planner ranks our sites from any major city. Then check the jurisdiction you prefer and which servers are in stock there.
Can I get a server in a city not listed for a model?
Often, yes, as a custom build: most configurations can be racked in any of our 10 locations within 24–72 hours.
Can I move my server to another location later?
A move means a new server in the new city. We run both side by side for 48 hours at no extra cost so you can migrate without downtime.
Are your data centers certified?
Every location is a Tier III, carrier-neutral facility with redundant (N+1) power and cooling, 24/7 on-site security and access control.
Can my servers in different cities talk privately?
Private VLANs connect servers within the same location. Between cities, use an encrypted tunnel such as WireGuard over the public network.
Pick a city. Your server is racked.
Every location page shows the servers in stock there, with the measured latency to nearby hubs and the laws that apply.
