Paying with BTC

Three steps, start to finish

  1. Open the invoice

Choose Bitcoin at checkout. You get a fresh bc1… address, the exact BTC amount and a QR code; the USD rate is locked for 30 minutes.

  2. Send from any wallet

Hardware, desktop or mobile wallet — or an exchange withdrawal. Pay the exact amount in one transaction if you can.

  3. Wait for 1 confirmation

Once the transaction is in a block (about ten minutes on average), the invoice is paid and provisioning starts automatically.

Fees are low in 2026. A normal payment costs a few cents to a few tens of cents. Pick the fee your wallet suggests for confirmation within the next few blocks.

Bitcoin is public. Anyone can follow the funds on-chain. Avoid paying from an address linked to your identity, or pay with Monero for private payments.

Do you accept Lightning payments?

Not yet: invoices are on-chain only for now. On-chain fees are low in 2026, and one confirmation keeps delivery fast.

What if my transaction is stuck with a low fee?

Bump it with replace-by-fee (RBF) or child-pays-for-parent (CPFP) from your wallet. If it confirms after the 30 minutes lock, it is credited at the rate at confirmation time and any difference is settled on the invoice or your balance.

Can I pay from an exchange?

Yes. Make sure the withdrawal is on the Bitcoin network (not a wrapped token on another chain) and that the amount received after the exchange’s fee matches the invoice.

Will you accept a payment with zero confirmations?

No. Unconfirmed Bitcoin transactions can be replaced; one confirmation protects both of us and takes about ten minutes.
