Contact usIs there a setup fee for a custom build?
No, like every server. For unusual parts bought specifically for you, we may ask for a quarterly term — the quote always says so upfront.
How long does a custom build take?
Usually 24–72 hours from payment, depending on parts. The quote gives a firm delivery date; if we miss it by more than 72 hours, you can cancel for a full refund.
Do you offer GPUs?
Not at the moment. Our range is CPU-focused; we will tell you honestly if your workload needs GPUs.
Can you install hardware I send you?
No, we do not offer colocation or customer-supplied parts. Every component comes from our own supply, tested and covered by our replacement times.
Can I change the configuration later?
Memory and drives can usually be added in place during a maintenance window; a different platform means a new server, with 48 hours of overlap at no extra cost.
