Invoices in dollars, payments in crypto
Prices are set in USD so they never move with the market. The coin amount is calculated when you open an invoice and locked for 30 minutes.

Renew
We email the renewal invoice 7 days before the due date. Pay it in any coin, or let your prepaid balance cover it.
Grace period
If a renewal slips, the server keeps running for 3 days, then data is kept 7 days more before it is wiped.

Contact usAre there setup fees or hidden charges?
No. There is no setup fee on any server, bandwidth is unmetered, DDoS filtering and IPMI are included, and reinstalls are free. The only things that change your bill are options you pick yourself: extra IPv4 addresses, a memory upgrade or a 10 Gbps port.
Do you add VAT or other taxes?
No tax is added on top of the listed price at checkout. The amount on your invoice is the USD price shown on this page, converted into the coin you pay with.
Can I switch billing cycle later?
Yes. The cycle applies from your next renewal: open a ticket or change it in the client area before the renewal invoice is issued, 7 days ahead of the due date.
What happens if I cancel before the end of a quarterly or annual term?
The server runs until the end of the paid period. If you ask for a refund of the unused time, the months you used are recalculated at the monthly price and the rest is refunded in the coin you paid with. Details in the refund policy.
Will my price go up at renewal?
Annual and quarterly terms are fixed for their duration. On an active server we give at least 60 days of notice before any price change, so you can renew early or move to another plan first.
Do you offer volume pricing?
From five servers, or for a rack of identical machines, write to sales with the configuration and locations: we answer with a firm quote, usually within the hour.
Why are there no servers under 16 cores?
Our range starts where dedicated hardware clearly beats a VPS: 16 physical cores, 128 GB of ECC memory and datacenter NVMe. Below that, a good VPS is usually the better deal — and we would rather tell you so.
