FAQ

Questions, answered straight

37 answers to what people ask before and after their first order — delivery, crypto billing, privacy, hardware, network and support.

Ordering & delivery

How fast will my server be online?

In-stock servers are online within 2–4 hours of your payment confirming on-chain, around the clock. Custom builds take 24–72 hours depending on parts. You get an email the moment root and IPMI credentials are ready.

Is the stock shown on the site real?

Yes. Each configuration shows its stock status and the cities where it is available right now. “Few left” means fewer than a handful of machines remain in that model; when a model sells out, it disappears from the order page until it is restocked.

Can I get a model in a city where it is not listed?

Often, yes. Most configurations can be racked in any of our 10 locations as a custom build, usually within 24–72 hours.

Can I order several servers at once?

Yes, one order per server from the order pages. From five identical servers, or for a full rack, ask sales for a volume quote.

Do you offer free trials?

No — free trials attract abuse that ends up hurting every customer. What we offer instead: test IPs in any location on request, monthly billing you can cancel at any time, and a full refund within 7 days if the hardware does not match its description.

What do I receive at delivery?

An email with the server’s IP addresses, the root credentials (or confirmation that your SSH key is installed), access to the IPMI KVM console and the delivery report produced on the machine.

Billing & crypto

Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?

Bitcoin, Monero, Tether, Ethereum, USD Coin, Litecoin, Solana, TRON, BNB, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dai, Zcash and XRP — 14 in total. You can pay each renewal with a different coin if you like.

What if the price of my coin moves while I pay?

Prices are set in US dollars. When you open an invoice, the coin amount is locked for 30 minutes, so volatility never changes what you pay.

What if I send the wrong amount?

If you send too little, the invoice shows the exact remainder to top up. If you send too much, the difference goes to your prepaid balance and pays your next renewal. Nothing is lost either way.

How do renewals work?

We email an invoice 7 days before each renewal. Pay it in any accepted coin, or keep a prepaid balance and renewals are paid automatically. Servers get a 3 days grace period, and data is kept 7 days more after a suspension.

Can I pay for several months in advance?

Yes: quarterly billing saves 3% and annual billing 8%. You can also top up your prepaid balance with any amount and let it cover monthly renewals.

Do you add taxes, fees or a crypto surcharge?

No. No setup fee, no tax added at checkout and no surcharge on any coin, Monero included. The only cost on top is the blockchain fee your own wallet charges to send the payment.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in the coin you paid with: in full before delivery or if the hardware does not match, and for unused months of quarterly and annual terms. The rules are in the refund policy.

Privacy & account

Do you ask for ID or run KYC checks?

No. An email address is all you need to create an account and order. We never ask for identity documents, a phone number or a postal address, and our checkout runs on our own payment gateway, so no processor asks either.

Can I sign up over Tor or a VPN?

Yes. We do not block Tor or VPN users, and this website works in Tor Browser, including in its Safest mode where JavaScript is disabled.

What data do you keep about me?

An email address, a password hash, your invoices and what running your server requires. The complete list, with retention periods, is in our privacy policy.

Is paying in crypto anonymous?

It depends on the coin. Bitcoin and most other chains are public ledgers: anyone can follow the funds. Monero hides the sender, the receiver and the amount by default, which is why we accept it with no surcharge.

Would you tell me about a request for my data?

Yes, unless a court order legally forbids it. That is exactly what our monthly warrant canary is for, and every request we receive is counted in our transparency report.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Ask from your account email and everything is deleted within 30 days, except records accounting rules require us to keep.

Hardware & servers

Is the server really dedicated to me?

Yes. You get a whole physical machine: no hypervisor underneath, no other tenant, no shared cores. Every core, every gigabyte of memory and every disk is yours.

Do I get full root and IPMI/KVM access?

Yes. Full root (or Administrator) access plus out-of-band IPMI with a KVM console, power control and virtual media, so you can fix a broken boot or install your own ISO even when the operating system is down.

Which operating systems can I install?

One-click templates for Ubuntu 26.04 LTS, Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, Debian 13 “Trixie”, Debian 12 “Bookworm”, AlmaLinux 10, Rocky Linux 10, Proxmox VE 9, FreeBSD 15, Windows Server 2025 (with your own Windows licence). Anything else boots from your own ISO through IPMI virtual media, and software RAID is set up for you at install time.

Is the hardware new?

Servers are built from new or refurbished enterprise components, identical within a model. Each unit passes a 24-hour burn-in and a memory test before delivery, and you receive the report.

Can I run virtual machines?

Yes — it is a common use. Proxmox VE is available as a template, the /64 IPv6 block gives every VM its own address, and you can add up to 16 extra IPv4 addresses per server.

Can I upgrade my server later?

Memory upgrades are installed in place during a short maintenance window you choose. Moving to a bigger CPU means a new server: we keep both online for 48 hours at no extra cost so you can migrate without downtime.

What happens if the hardware fails?

We monitor every machine. A failed disk is replaced within 2 hours of your request and any other part within 4 hours, free of charge. Spare parts are kept on site in every location.

Network

Is the bandwidth really unmetered?

Yes. Every plan includes an unmetered port (1 Gbps as standard, 10 Gbps on selected servers): we do not count your traffic and we do not throttle it. More in what unmetered really means.

How does DDoS protection work?

Filtering is always on, at the network edge, for every IP: volumetric floods, SYN floods and amplification attacks are dropped before they reach your port, with no action on your side. Application-layer (L7) attacks need a reverse proxy or WAF on your side. Details on the network page.

Do you support IPv6?

Yes. Every server gets a routed /64, and a /56 is available on request at no cost.

Can I set reverse DNS?

Yes, for every IPv4 and IPv6 address, from the client area.

Can my servers talk to each other privately?

Yes. Servers in the same location can share a private VLAN, free of charge, on request.

Can I test the network before ordering?

Use the latency planner to compare locations from your users’ cities, and ask sales for a test IP in the location you are considering.

Support & policies

How do I reach support?

By email or ticket, 24/7. Engineers answer with a median first reply under 15 minutes. All addresses are on the contact page.

Are the servers managed?

No, they are unmanaged: you administer the operating system and your software. We take care of the hardware, the network and IPMI — and our engineers will always point you in the right direction when you are stuck.

What is not allowed on your network?

Anything legal is welcome. Spam, phishing, malware distribution, network attacks and child sexual abuse material are strictly forbidden and end the service. The full rules are in the acceptable use policy.

How do you handle abuse complaints?

With due process: we verify the complaint, forward it to you with a deadline (48 hours in general, 24 hours for phishing and malware) and only act if nothing happens — on the narrowest scope possible.

What is your uptime guarantee?

99.9% monthly network availability, with service credits of up to 50% when we miss it. See the SLA.
