How we communicate

When something breaks, you hear it from us first

  • Monitored every minuteEach server’s uplink is probed from outside the facility. Alerts go to the engineer on shift, not to a queue.

  • Emailed to those affectedCustomers in the location or on the affected hardware get an email when an incident starts, while it evolves and when it is resolved.

  • Written up afterwardsEvery significant incident gets a post-mortem: what happened, why, and what we changed. SLA credits are added proactively when our monitoring shows a breach.
