Step by step

  1. Open the invoice and choose a coin. For USDT, also choose the network (TRON or Ethereum).
  2. The invoice shows a fresh address, the exact amount and a QR code. The rate is locked for 30 minutes.
  3. Send the exact amount in one transaction. From an exchange, add its withdrawal fee so the received amount matches.
  4. The invoice turns paid after the network’s confirmations — see the table.

If something goes wrong

  • Too little sent: the invoice shows the remainder; send it to the same address.
  • Too much sent: the excess goes to your prepaid balance.
  • Rate lock expired: reopen the invoice for a new rate. A payment already sent is credited at the rate when it confirms.
  • Wrong network or missing memo/tag: contact support with the transaction ID.

Receipts

Every paid invoice is available as a PDF with the USD amount, the coin amount, the exchange rate and the transaction ID — without personal details unless you add them to your billing profile.
