Add your key

In the client area, open Account → Security → PGP key and paste your public key (ASCII-armored). We send a test email encrypted to it: once you can read it, all further emails — invoices, credentials, abuse notices, security alerts — are encrypted.

$ gpg --armor --export you@example.org

Writing to us encrypted

Our public key covers support, sales and the abuse desk. Fetch it through WKD and check the fingerprint on our PGP page:

$ gpg --locate-keys support@dedicrypto.com

If you lose your private key

Remove or replace the key in the client area, or ask support from your account email. Until you do, you would not be able to read our messages.
