Contact usWhat happens after I click “Continue to checkout”?
You sign in or create an account with just an email address and a password, pick the coin you want to pay with and get an invoice with a QR code. The USD amount is converted at a rate locked for 30 minutes. As soon as the payment confirms on-chain, provisioning starts: in-stock servers are online within 2–4 hours, and root and IPMI credentials arrive by email.
Can I change the operating system or RAID layout later?
Yes. You can reinstall any template, with any supported RAID layout, from the client area at any time and at no cost. You can also boot your own ISO through IPMI virtual media. Changing the location means moving to a new server: we run both side by side for 48 hours at no extra cost so you can migrate without downtime.
Is there a setup fee or a minimum contract?
No setup fee and no contract. Monthly billing is the default and you can cancel whenever you want; the server runs until the end of the period you paid for. Quarterly and annual billing simply lower the monthly price by 3% and 8%.
What if a component fails?
We monitor every machine and keep spare parts on site. A failed disk is replaced within 2 hours of your request and any other part within 4 hours, free of charge. If a repair runs late, the SLA credits you automatically on request.
Can I add IP addresses or memory after delivery?
Yes. Extra IPv4 addresses (up to 16 per server, $3/month each) can be added at any time from a ticket. Memory upgrades are installed in place during a short maintenance window you choose; the new price applies from the next invoice.
