Renewal invoices
The renewal invoice is emailed 7 days before the due date, for the cycle you chose (monthly, quarterly or annual). You can change the cycle before it is issued.
Prepaid balance
Top up your balance in any coin; it is held in USD and pays renewals automatically on their due date. Unused balance is refundable on request, minus the payout’s network fee.
If a renewal is late
- The server keeps running for a grace period of 3 days.
- It is then suspended — powered off, data untouched.
- Data is kept 7 days more; paying the invoice restores the server exactly as it was.
- After that, the drives are securely erased. This cannot be undone.
