From the client area or by ticket. By default the server runs until the end of the period already paid and is simply not renewed. You can also ask for immediate termination.
Your data
Back up everything first: when the service ends, the drives are securely erased — NVMe drives with their secure-erase command, hard drives by overwriting and verifying — before the machine is reused. We keep no copy.
Refunds and IPs
Unused months of a quarterly or annual term can be refunded under the refund policy. IP addresses return to our pool and are not reassigned to anyone else for at least 30 days.
